How to Request Warranty (Return and Refund)

-- If your item has an issue, please first email our Customer Support Center (EMAIL: ), they will offer you a solution according to your case. They will confirm whether you need to return the item and to which address you may return it.
Please carefully follow our Return and Refund process to minimize any delays:

  1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product name.
  2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
  3. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.

NOTE: Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s). We will always do our very best to help you. Thank you in advance for providing all the information stated above.

Returns and Refund Process

  • Scenario 1: Only Refund (Not return).

When you receive the goods, if the product has obvious defects, damage, and other serious quality problems and cannot be used normally, you can apply for a refund and we will deal with it as soon as possible. In order to express our apologies, you do not need to return the product and contact our customer service staff will give you a $2 coupon, which can be used next time you purchase.

Refund Initiation Time:For Refund-only Situations, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 1-2 business days upon receiving your refund application Email.

  • Scenario 2: Refund and return.

When you need to return and refund the goods when you receive the goods, your items must be intact, you must ensure that the product is unopened and unused, and the packaging box and other contents are not damaged. You can choose to refund and return the goods, and we will also immediately deal with them. (Please contact customer service to obtain the correct return information before returning the goods)

Refund Initiation Time: For Refund and return, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 2-3 business days upon receiving your returned item.


After this, The refund arrival time is determined by your payment method. Please see below for details:

  • -PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
  • -Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.

Special Notes:

  1. Note that the returns shipping fee is non-refundable.
  2. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization (Email form), sends it to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, then again HICC GROOM reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
  3. We are very confident in the quality of our products. However, if you have any problem with the products after you receive them, please contact our customer service through the chat button on this website. We will refund you without reason.
  4. Our return and refund processing period is within 7 days, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The storage shown on this page is real-time. The storage number changes after you check out your order. To ensure that you can buy your favored products, we strongly recommend that you complete your payment as soon as you place your order.

【3】Shipment & Delivery
1. Normally we ship within 2 business days after you submit your order.
2. We ship Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm from Hillsboro, OR. If you place your order after 5pm on Friday, it will be processed on Monday.
3. For orders without special requests, our system will arrange shipment automatically. For orders with order comments or notes, our customer service will review your order before shipment. In this case, the delivery time can be longer. To ensure that you can receive your products as soon as possible, we strongly recommend that you only leave the necessary messages in your order comments.
4. Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Guam, and Hawaii.
